As a service-based company, our fulfillment process is based on the successful delivery of qualified personnel to our clients’ businesses. Below is an outline of our fulfillment practices:
Service Fulfillment
- Service Delivery: Once a staffing request is confirmed and an agreement is reached, we will initiate the process of identifying and delivering qualified candidates to fulfill the client’s staffing needs. Our goal is to match the right candidates with the job requirements as outlined by our clients.
- Timeliness: We strive to deliver staffing solutions promptly, based on the timelines agreed upon with our clients. The fulfillment of our services includes the vetting, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
- Quality Assurance: We are committed to providing candidates who meet the qualifications and expectations set forth by our clients. If a candidate does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will work diligently to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if a client needs to cancel or modify their staffing request, we ask that they notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the client to accommodate any changes and adjust our fulfillment process accordingly.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding their staffing needs. This includes job descriptions, required qualifications, and any other pertinent information that will aid in the successful placement of candidates.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute related to our staffing services, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
